We think the Hive and Nest products are equally beneficial. The old ways of the dials, clunky switches and poor symbols and instructions feel very outdated now. And for a relatively inexpensive outlay you can make that investment back in a very short payback period, not to mention the ease of use!

Saves Energy and hopefully your wallet!

Nest and hive are excellent in collecting data about your energy use. It will also present that data which, after analysis, can help you make decisions that will help the environment and save you money. The green leaf symbol on the Nest gives you options and information on how and where to save energy. The Hive system doesn’t quite promote that information as much, but still gives you the control you want to make those energy saving changes.

It’s easier to manage

Our clients often talk about how much easier it is to manage and control when the heating is on. The Hive and Nest interfaces really are very user-friendly, and in today’s world of smartphone users, you can manage everything from the app on your phone. So long as the unit is connected to the internet then you can boost the heating on your way home so you have a warm house and hot water for when you get home.
