Accreditations

Electrical work needs to be carried out safely, which is why we remain on top of our company accreditations and ensure our employees are trained in the latest safety techniques, procedures, and compliance.

Electrical work has to be carried out safely and to standard, so we keep our company accreditations current and our team trained in the latest procedures and compliance. Here is what each one means, and why it matters when you choose us.

What our accreditations mean for you

NICEIC Approved Contractor

The NICEIC is the leading competent person scheme for electrical contractors in the UK. As NICEIC Approved Contractors, our work is independently assessed every year against BS 7671, which certifies us to carry out and self-certify both domestic and commercial installations. It is your assurance that the electrician in your home or on your site meets the industry’s benchmark standard.

ECA member

We are members of the ECA, the UK’s leading trade body for electrical and engineering businesses. Membership means our technical standards, insurance and workmanship are vetted, and it keeps us aligned with the latest wiring regulations and industry best practice.

Constructionline Gold

Our Constructionline Gold membership validates us against PAS 91 and a wider set of procurement, financial and compliance checks. It gives main contractors and clients, including the National Trust, confidence that we meet the standards required on larger and public sector projects, with the paperwork ready before work begins. Our Gold membership was last verified on 21 September 2026, registration 00471798. View our Constructionline Gold certificate (PDF).

SSIP registered: Deemed to Satisfy

Our health and safety has been assessed by Once For All Health & Safety under the SSIP Deemed to Satisfy process. SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) lets its member schemes recognise each other’s health and safety assessments, so clients and main contractors can accept ours without asking us to repeat it. Our certificate runs to 25 August 2027. View our SSIP certificate (PDF).

TrustMark registered

TrustMark is the government endorsed quality scheme for tradespeople. Through our NICEIC certification and annual assessments we are TrustMark registered, which recognises consistent quality of workmanship and gives you an added layer of consumer protection.

DBS checked

For work around children or vulnerable people, our team holds Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. These are already in place and can be supplied on request before we begin on site.

NICEIC endorsed insurance

Our insurance is arranged through the NICEIC’s tailored scheme for electrical contractors. It covers our team, our customers and your property against the risks that come with electrical work, so you are protected from the moment we arrive.

OZEV approved EV charge point installer

We are an OZEV approved EV charge point installer and registered with leading charger manufacturers including Simpson & Partners, myenergi, Hypervolt, Andersen, Easee and EO. That means we can recommend and fit the right charger for your car and property, installed to BS 7671 Section 722.

Hive and Nest approved installer

We are approved Hive and Nest installers, having met each manufacturer’s training and installation requirements, so your smart thermostat is fitted and set up correctly by an installer the manufacturer recognises. Read more about our smart home installations.

IPAF trained for work at height

Our team is IPAF trained to operate mobile elevating work platforms, so we can safely reach heights that most electricians cannot, backed by risk assessments and method statements on every job. It means work on tall commercial and industrial sites is handled in house rather than subcontracted out.
