We were having several issues with our house wiring recently and decided to ask Mr A.J.Greenman if he would fix it for us. We live in a property built in the 1940's with no proper ring circuits or trip switch. The situation was not a straight-forward one, but very much one of fault-finding, at which he seemed particularly adept. He was meticulous in testing all the wiring and trip fuses, and found the problem was with the lighting. This wiring was all in metal conduits, some of which had corroded, leaving us with no earths, and 'leakage' problems. We were not in a position to have the house rewired and Mr Greenman did a really good job, installing new, double-insulated lights and new... switch-box covers. He was pleasant, quick, business-like, very thorough, and cleared up after finishing his work. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him.read more

What cant we say about Mr A.J.Greenman (AJ), well we cant say anything bad! Since an initial recommendation from a work colleague when we wanted to replace lights in our kitchen, which he did excellently, within time, budget and was exactly what we wanted, to immediately coming out on Boxing Day when our house could have have had serious repercussions due to an unknown plug put behind a cupboard by a previous owner was smoking through all the kitchen units and we didn't know what to do, after, we had a great Boxing Day meal and AJ saved the day! I really cant fault AJ, he has always been a call away, is always courteous, honest, professional, always giving costs so we can budget. He is... an absolute gem in this world of some not so ethical tradespeople. He is so trust worthy we are quite happy to leave the key to the house for him, and he always cleans up - a rarity! Great service and results. Very friendly, talkative guy and did that little bit extra to ensure I had the best work needed for my kitchen and apartment.
