Why brief mechanical and electrical together?

Do you handle full M&E packages?
Yes. Our preferred delivery is combined mechanical and electrical from a single team: one programme manager, one commissioning plan, one point of accountability. We can also deliver the mechanical package standalone where you have an existing electrical contractor in place.
What standards do you work to?
All works are delivered to the relevant British Standards: BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) on the electrical side, BS 6700 / BS EN 806 for water services, BS EN 12831 for heating design, and the manufacturer’s installation requirements for plant. Commissioning is documented end-to-end with a handover O&M pack.
Are you accredited for gas and refrigerant works?
Specialist accreditations such as Gas Safe and F-Gas are required for certain mechanical works. Where a project includes that scope, we deliver it through accredited specialists under our project umbrella, with single-supplier accountability for the overall package. Speak to us about your specific requirements and we will scope the right delivery model.
What size of project can you handle?
Our typical mechanical scope ranges from single-plant replacement up to multi-million-pound fit-outs and refurbishments. The integrated M&E model fits projects where the coordination value is highest. Most office, retail, healthcare and education refurbishments fall in this band.
Do you offer mechanical maintenance contracts?
Yes. Tailored planned preventative maintenance contracts for commercial heating, AC and ventilation plant. We cover routine servicing, statutory checks, reactive callout cover and energy reporting. Pricing scales with the asset register and service level.

UK-Nationwide from our Wiltshire HQ. We deliver mechanical projects across England, Wales and Scotland, with concentrations in the South West, M4 corridor, London and the Midlands.
UK-Nationwide mechanical delivery
Nulectrics delivers commercial mechanical and M&E projects nationwide from our Chippenham base, with most work concentrated along the M4 and across the wider South West. We mobilise a directly employed team to site rather than subcontracting the mechanical scope out.
